Winter Sports Clearance Due

The due date for Winter sports clearance is coming up fast: November 28th

All steps in the clearance process must be completed at one time.  No partial clearance will be done.  Please see the attachment below for information will help to ensure that you have everything you need when you go through your Sport Clearance process.

2012/2013 Season is getting started!

Upcoming Carwash Fundraiser and

Mandatory Parent & Wrestler Meeting


Team Carwash: Saturday, October 13th. 7am – 12pm.

All wresters are to sell at least 10 carwash tickets at $5.00 a ticket. We ask that this be prepaid in advance and parents can recoup your $50.00 back when your wrestler sells all of his/her tickets. Please send a check to school with your wrestler in the amount of $50.00, made out to FV Wrestling Boosters no later than Friday, October 5th. This fundraiser is MANDATORY for ALL wrestlers.


SAVE THE DATE: October 17th.

Parent & Wrestler Meeting for player registration & membership will be held on  October 17th.  at 6:30pm in the school cafeteria.

It is very important that all parents attend. We will be going over this seasons goals, tournament info, fundraising, and it is a must that all wrestlers planning on wrestling in the 2012/2013 season is registered on October 17th.   

It is required that every parent & wrestler attend this meeting to ensure that the success of our program is met together.


You will need to bring the following to the Parent/Wrestler meeting on: 10-17-2012

  • Registration form, completely filled out (see attachment below to print your own registration form).
  • Wrestling fee Contribution for the season $400.00 (breakdown of costs below)


Wrestling Fee Contribution: $150.00

Wrestling Gear (optional): $100.00 (includes, t-shirt, fight shorts, custom made singlet & wrestling bag). Gear will be passed out at parent meeting, upon full payment being made.

Volunteer Hours: $150.00 Buyout (or donate 6 hours per family helping with home matches, 5 Counties wrestling tournament etc.) The post dated check is only cashed if a family does not fulfill there volunteer hours.

Transportation/Trainer fee Contribution: $100.00 (will be a separate check). This is to cover the cost of bus transportation to & from all away matches and an on site trainer must be on hand at all times for any injury purposes.

Prepaid Carl’s Jr. coupon book Fundraiser: $50.00  (each wrestler will be given 5 coupon books at the parent meeting to sell at $5.00 per book. Parents are asked to prepay for these coupon books at registration and then recoup your money back as your wrestler sells the books).
